This is the Privacy Policy of the Powersport Financing website (together with our affiliates and subsidiaries, “Powersport Financing”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) and our related products and services (the “Site”).  It describes the information that we collect from users of our Site (“Users”) as part of the normal operation of our Site, and how we use and disclose this information. By accepting the Privacy Policy in registration or by visiting and using the Site, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use

1. How We Use Your Information

Anytime you post content in any public area of our site, you agree that the content created or uploaded may be on the Site indefinitely, unless you email us using our support contact information to remove the content.

The personal information that Powersport Financing may collect may include your name, username, password, e-mail address, age, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number, credit card and debit card numbers (with expiration dates), third-party application login credentials, personal preferences, and any other personal information that you choose to include in your profile or in other communication to Powersport Financing. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us an email stating your request to legal@powersportfinancing.ca.Subsidiaries and Affiliates; Service Providers.  We may from time to time use the services of affiliates, subsidiaries and unrelated service providers in the operation of the Site, and may disclose personal information to them in the course of our use of their services.  For example, we may use the services of third-party hosting companies to host the operation of the Site.  This may involve the hosting of data, including personal information, on servers operated by those hosting companies.  We take care to use only service providers that we believe are reputable and able to live up to our and your expectations, including about the handling of confidential information. Applicable Law and Material Change Events. We may disclose your personal information in accordance with applicable law, to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Powersport Financing’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Powersport Financing about our customers and users is among the assets transferred. Public Areas of the Site. All of your activities in the public areas of the Site will be identifiable to your User ID, and other people can see your published content, such as any ratings or reviews published on the site in regard to a particular product. Powersport Financing strives to protect your personal information. The security of your personal information is very important to us. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website, and cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

5. Other Information Collectors

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties through the Site, different rules may apply to their use, collection and disclosure of the personal information you disclose to them. 6. Retention of Your Personal Information

The personal information that you provide will be retained by Powersport Financing in accordance with applicable laws. However, Powersport Financing will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information it holds if it is no longer needed Powersport Financing business purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy

Powersport Financing recognizes the privacy interests of children and Powersport Financing encourages parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Site is not intended for children under the age of eighteen (18). Powersport Financing does not target its products and services or the Site to children under eighteen (18). Powersport Financing does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of eighteen (18).
